The goal of the Department of Management is to train bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students to make positive contributions to society through the effective leadership of organizations. Students develop critical thinking skills and master applied skills useful for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Managers set strategies and policies, set goals and objectives, and allocate human, financial, and technological resources for the accomplishment of goals and objectives.
